Sharon Baptist Church exists for the purpose of delivering the gospel to the lost and discipling the saved to be followers of Jesus.
We invite you to come and experience life changing study of God's Word and dynamic worship. The atmosphere here is friendly and there is a real sense of family at Sharon Baptist Church. We are a congregation of all ages and races with a common goal, to honor our God in the way that we live.

our Staff:
Bro. Clint was called to Sharon Baptist Church February 11, 1996. He and his wife April have two children, Haley born December 14, 1995 and Caitlyn born December 5, 1998. Clint graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University in 1992 with a BA in Pastoral Ministry and Family Psychology.

J.R. Rogers
J.R joined the staff here at Sharon in July of 2005. J.R. has served on staff as a Minister of Music of one other church and is also an elementary school teacher at North Rock Creek School. J.R. married his wife Rachael June 18, 2005 and they live in Shawnee, OK.
J.R. works with our choir on special musical presentations at 4:30 pm each Sunday and is also our Children's Minister.
Children's Minister
Suzi joined our staff in 2006 and serves our church as Church Secretary and Church Clerk. She and her husband Bret live in the Bethel area and have two children, Eric and Ginger. They also have 11 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and 1 yorkie named Emma.
Church office hours are Monday, Wednesday through Friday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Minister of Music
Ken has served in music, youth, senior adult, and discipleship ministries for over 40 years. He has served several Oklahoma churches and has enjoyed the opportunities to help people to discover their gifts in music (instrumental and vocal) to help lead the church in worship and help further the Lord’s work. He retired from full-time ministry work in September of 2020. He has served Sharon Baptist since November of 2021.
He loves spending time with Diana, his wife of 47 years, visiting his two daughters and six grandkids. He also enjoys riding his motorcycle, playing golf with friends, and going to the movies with Diana. Also, Diana and Ken enjoy entertaining various church and community groups.
Chris has served at Sharon since March of 2019. He serves as the youth pastor and the Media Minister.
Chris married Nicole Thomas in December of 2016 and have a wild one-year-old boy named Oliver. In addition to Oliver, they have two dogs.
In Chris' free time, he edits for different companies, and attends every OU football game.
